What is the cost of AGF Flooring Corp. Services?

We have a standard per square meter price for all our floors, however there are variables which must be considered before determining the precise cost. Therefore, we recommend speaking to one of our flooring experts who can provide you a cost estimate for your specific needs.

Do You have floor in stock?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we maintain a selection of our best-sellers in stock in ourMiami warehouse. Additionally, we offer free sea freight shipping of floors from our provider if you wish to choose from our 250+ different floors available.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Accepted Answer

If the requested stock is available in Miami, it will be delivered in 1-2 days to anywhere within the State of Florida, depending on location and schedule availability.

If the material is available for immediate shipment from our supplier's warehouse, the stock will be delivered to Florida by ocean freight within 7-9 weeks. The delivery time is a little longer, that is, 9-11 weeks for other countries in the region.

We also provide air cargo service with a delivery time of 10-14 days to the United States, however, it incurs an additional charge.

How long doest it take to install my requested service to AGF Flooring Corp?

Several factors including room shape, furniture, size, installation method and the amount of accessories required decide the installation time. For floating/ glueless installation, a team of two installers can lay approximately 700-900 sf per day in an empty room with right angles.

Are the AGF Flooring Corp. Products and Services suitable for the State of Florida climate?

Accepted Answer

Yes, AGF Flooring Corp have been made through a novel multi-layered construction which minimizes the movement of the wood floor which otherwise swells and shrinks with high and low humidity, respectively. So the flooring remains intact despite seasonal fluctuations in humidity.

Yes, we offer our services to the entire Florida State. But if we receive any request from another state we surely can work.

I am doing another renovationworks. At which point does the flooring installation start?

Accepted Answer

AGF Flooring Corp flooring installation commences once all other works, including painting, have been completed. The floor is the last thing to come in, right before furniture and decor.

Do you have your own trained installers?

Yes, we have our own team of highly skilled installers who are true craftsmen at what they do as well as experts in AGF Flooring Corp. wood flooring. This helps us to ensure the installation service and product performance is to your full satisfaction.

What is a floating Installation?

Accepted Answer

A floating installation is one in which the floor is laid without glue on a subfloor layer. Individual planks are joined using the installation's own system and are not glued or nailed to the subfloor. By doing this, the floor floats on top of the subfloor and can be laid over existing tile or marble, with no risk of damaging the subfloor.

I have an existing tile skirting, do I need to remove it?

Accepted Answer

Though we generally recommend removing the tile skirting and installing a new one to create a more seamless finish, we are able to provide you with a customized skirting which is fitted nicely on top of the existing tile skirting, covering it. Feel free to visit our showroom where we can show you samples.

Will the floor fit under my existing doors and frames?

Yes, however we may need to shave the bottom of the doors/frames slightly.

Are your SPC Tecnology Floors made from natural elements?

Yes, AGF Flooring Corp. SPC Flooring Technology are made from 100% natural stone and virgin plastic that have all been sustainably sourced from verified providers. Approximately 90% of our collection is made from limestone, while we also offer a selection in walnut, ash, maple and jarrah.

Are your floors suitable for Tropical climate of Florida?

Yes. AGF Flooring SPC Flooring Technology have an innovative construction that ensures that the floor remains intact despite seasonal fluctuations of humidity.
Since wood is a natural material, that is affected by climatic changes, a wood floor moves with the seasons, i.e. it swells in high humidity and shrinks in low humidity. AGF Flooring SPC Flooring Technology  multi-layered construction minimizes this movement.

How durable are your floors?

When choosing a floor, it is important to consider its ability to withstand wear and tear in the context in which it will be used. In areas of high floor traffic, special attention must be paid to the quality of the product, as well as to the treatment of the surface.

As for wooden floors, we recommend using oiled surfaces in the areas of greatest wear and always in conjunction with our specially developed maintenance program. In other areas the choice of surface treatment is more flexible and both oiled and lacquered surfaces can be used.

AGF Flooring SPC Technology floors are built to ensure excellent durability and long life. The ceramic coating makes the surface resistant to scratches and dents, while the waterproof material prevents spills from causing permanent damage.

How does "factory-finish" mean?

Today's flooring manufacturers are applying all kinds of new technology to improve the finished factory floor. Factory finished SPC technology flooring comes ready to install and requires no sanding or protection.

materials are precision milled to minimize board-to-board height mismatch, as leveling the joints between neighboring boards with a sander is not an option.

With controlled environments and advanced polymers, only a factory-finished floor can offer a 12- to 30-year warranty on the floor's finish as well as its structural integrity.

Are the floors suitable when you have children or pets?

Yes, all AGF Flooring Corp. floors come factory finished, which means they have a UV-cured protective coating as a surface treatment. They are generally enjoyed by children and pets, who are, after all, the ones who tend to spend most of their time on the floor. AGF Flooring Corp. floors are manufactured under strict climate control, sealed, packaged and delivered termite free.

However, we recommend that you control for pests both prior to installation and regularly, especially if you live in a termite-prone area, to protect not only the flooring but also your furniture and family members.

Do I need to keep the AC on?

We recommend maintaining a normal room temperature between 18°C and 24°C.
This is to ensure an indoor climate that protects the floor (as well as your furniture, clothes, ceilings, walls, etc.) from any potential mold and moisture damage.

The factory-finished surface treatment of AGF Flooring Corp.'s SPC technology floors resist water and traffic, making it possible to bring hardwood floors to kitchens and restrooms.

Rooms with strong fluctuations in temperature and humidity levels, such as the shower, bathroom, or sauna, are not recommended for natural wood flooring.

AGF Flooring Corp.'s SPC technology floors have a ceramic coating that makes the floor surface resistant to scratches and dents, while the waterproof material prevents spills from causing permanent damage.

Are your floor waterproof?

AGF Flooring SPC Technology floors are water resistant, not waterproof. That is why we do not recommend installing the floors in wet areas, and encourage any spillage to be wiped up as quickly as possible.
